The congress fee (regular and reduced) for this event covers a number of things: a congress dinner, hot and cold drinks and refreshments during breaks, a name badge, a conference pack and other information materials, transfer to the congress dinner and organisational costs.

* Reduced

A reduced fee may be paid by enrolled students (also doctoral students) without access to institutional funding. During online registration, if you opt for the reduced fee, you will be asked to upload a document from your university confirming your status as a “student/doctoral student without access to institutional funding.” Once this document has been approved by the conference organisers, you will receive an email confirming the reduced fee. Please do not transfer the money before you have received this confirmation.

** Student (limited participation)

The limited participation option is available for students who only want to attend and audit the congress. It covers only hot and cold drinks during breaks, a copy of the congress programme, a name badge and organisational costs. It will need to be paid in cash at the congress registration desk. Please bring along a valid student identity card.

Please note that your final acceptance to the congress and your inclusion in the printed congress programme can only be guaranteed if your payment arrives no later than 15 July 2015.

For any questions concerning the fees, please contact the organisation team.
